As of 1 September 2019 photos taken by KANSAS HERITAGE PHOTOGRAPHY that are posted in galleries at the KsHeritage.zenfolo.com site will be assigned prices that will be charged for their download. This will apply to all photos that are taken at events or of individuals or groups that are photographed by KANSAS HERITAGE PHOTOGRAPHY unless arrangements have been made in writing before the photo shoots. For most future shoots downloads will only be $1.00 per file image.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that those that have participated in past photo shoots and have photos at this KsHeritage.zenfolio.com site make sure they have downloaded and saves the files they desire to keep on their devices before 1 October 2019. As of 1 October 2019 there will be no guarantee that files that have been available in the past will still be available to download free of charge or even for a price.

Also, due to the huge amount of space needed to keep and file photos from past photo shoots as well as the expense there is no longer a guarantee that photo files (RAW and/or JPG) from any past photo shoot or any future photo shoot will be kept and stored at KANSAS HERITAGE PHOTOGRAPHY for long periods of time. PHOTOS that are kept at this KANSAS HERITAGE PHOTOGRAPHY Zenfolio site will be made available to the clients and at times the general public to view and purchase if desired. Digital files may be purchased and/or prints may be purchased for personal use only UNLESS arrangements are made in advance in writing.

In closing, KANSAS HERITAGE PHOTOGRAPHY and its photographers (Larry and Suzanne Miller) will be only doing the types of photography they enjoy the most, and for the most part their photography will be one of their retirement hobbies. Since it does cost to keep sites like KsHeritage.zenfolio.com updated and online as well as to operate an Internet connection fast enough to handle large uploads, it is imperative that some charges be made to offset these costs.
